Subprocessors
Provisional — pending review by counsel.Version v0, 9 October 2026.
These companies process personal data for us when we run this website or host a LiteRMIS installation. Which ones apply to an installation depends on how it is set up.
| Company | What it does for us | Personal data it handles | When it applies |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hetzner | Rents us the servers that run the installations we host. | All data in those installations. | Installations hosted by Zin Solutions. |
| Cloudflare | Hosts this website and answers DNS for our domains. Delivers email for some installations. | Website visitors’ IP addresses and request details. For email delivery: recipients’ addresses and the message. | Always for this website. Email delivery only for installations set to send through Cloudflare. |
| Namecheap (Private Email) | Hosts our own mailboxes. Delivers email for some installations. | Email you send us. For email delivery: recipients’ addresses and the message. | Always for our mailboxes. Email delivery only for installations set to send through Namecheap. |
| Anthropic | Runs the AI model behind the AI features. | What a user asks the assistant, and the records it needs to answer. | Only installations whose AI features are set to use Anthropic. |
| OpenAI | Runs the AI model behind the AI features. | What a user asks the assistant, and the records it needs to answer. | Only installations whose AI features are set to use OpenAI. |
What is not on this list
Parts of LiteRMIS that run on servers we operate are not subprocessors: the self-hosted AI model option, session recording, and document storage in the installations we host. An organization that runs LiteRMIS on its own servers chooses its own providers.
An organization’s agreement comes first
An organization’s agreement with us can name different providers, such as its own email service or a self-hosted AI model. For that organization’s installation, the agreement governs.
Changes
We will update this list before we add or replace a subprocessor. The version and date at the top show which list applies.
