Provisional — pending review by counsel.Version v0, 9 October 2026.
This version is published for review. LiteRMIS will ask you to accept the End User Terms when you sign in once they are final.
What these terms cover
LiteRMIS is software made and licensed by Zin Solutions LLC (“Zin Solutions”, “we”). These terms apply to every person who signs in to LiteRMIS, whatever name it appears under, including editions that carry a partner’s name.
Your organization’s agreement comes first
You use LiteRMIS because your organization has an agreement with us or with one of our partners. That agreement governs, and if these terms differ from it, the agreement wins. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use LiteRMIS for your organization’s work, for as long as your organization allows it.
What you may not do
- Copy, modify or reverse engineer the software, except where the law allows it despite this term.
- Scrape or extract data with automated tools, other than through the exports and integrations LiteRMIS provides.
- Share your sign-in details, or let anyone else use your account.
- Try to get around security, permissions or other access controls.
- Use LiteRMIS to build, or to help build, a competing product.
Confidentiality
The software and its documentation are Zin Solutions’ confidential information. Do not share them outside your organization.
Ownership
Zin Solutions owns the software, its name and every improvement to it. Your organization’s data belongs to your organization.
AI features
AI output is advisory. Check it before you use it. It is not legal, actuarial or claims advice.
Logging and suspension
Activity in LiteRMIS is logged for security and audit. We may suspend your access if you misuse LiteRMIS or put it at risk.
Privacy
The privacy notice explains what LiteRMIS records about you, and the subprocessor list names the companies that process it for us.
Changes
When we change these terms in a way that matters, we publish a new version at its own address and ask you to accept it. Earlier versions stay published.
